Custom Quote Requests
For custom embroidered patches, PVC patches, challenge coins, Flex Badges, name tapes, flags, lanyards, stickers, or other specialty products, please include:
- Product type and approximate size
- Requested quantity
- Artwork, logo, sketch, photograph, or existing-product reference
- Full-color or subdued/OCP color preference
- Backing, finish, or special features
- Shipping ZIP code or APO/FPO destination
- Required delivery date, if applicable
Providing these details at the beginning helps us confirm feasibility, pricing, minimum quantities, and production timing. Standard minimums are 25 pieces for embroidered patches, 50 pieces for PVC patches, and 25 pieces for custom challenge coins. Most custom projects require approximately 4–6 weeks after payment and final artwork approval.
Invoices and Government Orders
APS can assist organizations that need a formal invoice, purchase order support, government 889 documentation, or a quantity that is not listed online. We also accept direct purchase orders from approved government and corporate customers. Please include your organization, point of contact, billing requirements, shipping address, and requested quantity.
